Timescales

  • Acknowledgement: within 5 business days.
  • Investigation: as quickly as reasonably possible.
  • Final response: normally within 28 days.

Escalation

If additional time is required, customers will be informed accordingly.

Complaint records are maintained securely and retained in accordance with company retention procedures.
